I worked for my first job J & W Janitorial Services,which taught me a lot. I started working as a cleaner and worked my way up to being an operational manager. I managed 30 ladies everyday with scheduling houses and confirming every house as well. I made sure that invoice's were sent out in a timely manner. I answered all incoming calls and messages throughout the day. I would still go out to help my team on days and be a team player. Just because I was in the position I was in does not mean I forgot where I started. After J & W we moved to Dallas for my husband job and that's where I started working for Legacy Signs of Texas. I started out as a receptionist and when I started they were in the process of buying a new business to as well. I learned that position and moved to that side of the company. I took orders and placed ordered, managed the drop dates of post cards as well. My boss asked me to come back and become a project coordinator and have been doing that since then.
