• Care for chronically and critically ill patients or post ICU patients who require extended hospital care
• Collaborate with CNAs, Physicians and Therapists to ensure the plan of care for the population
• My expertise extends to the patients who have the following: Cardiac patients, mechanical ventilated dependence, chronic lung disease, neuromuscular disorders, pneumonia, post-surgical complications, spinal cord injuries, stroke, brain injuries and metabolic encephalopathy

Provides specialized nursing care to patients with acute or chronic cardiac conditions who require close monitoring but are not in critical condition. Basically bridge the gap between intensive care and general medical-surgical units, offering continuous assessment, early intervention, and skilled cardiac management.

• Provided health education, promotion and counseling to patients, including their families
• Administered medications, wound and incision care and other personalized interventions
• Interpreted patient’s information and made critical decisions about needed actions
• Reviewed patient’s treatment plan and individualized progress
