  • Maintained high availability of services through robust disaster recovery plans, working in collaboration with customers and suppliers globally to arrange and perform Disaster recovery tests throughout Nomads infrastructure
  • Worked with internal and external stakeholders to communicate project status and delays on a weekly basis, presenting these items to customers in North America. Providing an opportunity to build an ongoing working relationship with external stakeholders
  • Implemented monitoring tools to proactively identify system issues including the development and implementation of the Zabbix application for both CCJPA and ACE Rail in North America. This has been an ongoing task since the inception of both projects with constant improvements being made to manage new and emerging solutions/technologies
