- Oversight of the installation and daily maintenance of the Grounds, the daily maintenance of the Warm Water Therapy Pool, and the Safety and Security staff.
- Worked alongside landscape architects with the implementation of a master plan and worked with administration to have our facility become a member of the American Public Gardens and Arboreta. Worked with administration and residents in becoming an Arboretum, which we are one of a very few to to do so as a Continuing Care Retirement Community.
- Supervised the day-to-day operation of the Grounds, the Warm Water Therapy Pool, and the Safety and Security staff to meet performance, quality, and service expectations. Offered hands-on assistance with staff as a working supervisor. Developed strong working relationships with staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Maintained a clean, safe, organized environment, and an appealing landscape to enhance the experience of not only current residents, but prospective residents, their family members, and constituents.
- Addressed resident, resident family, resident committee members, and staff concerns through work requests, emails, and We Care Connect.
- Represented management as a member of the Buildings and Grounds Committee and Safety and Security Resident Committee.
- Completed necessary tasks and checklists for the necessary county, state, and inspections and surveys.
- Involved with budget preparation for Facilities Services and with the implementation of capital projects.
- Involved with inclement weather preparation, storm clean up, and special event set ups.
- Assisted with interviewing and hiring of new employees. Evaluated employee performance and conveyed constructed positive feedback for the betterment of the employee as well as the company.
