- I am directly responsible to the CNO and a liaison between the administration, medical director, other departments, and other respiratory staff members
- As director I have grown the department from 2 therapist with on call shifts at night to 10 therapist's and 24 -hour coverage
- Added a Respiratory Outpatient Clinic (ROC) to the hospital caring for infants 0 -18 months
- Increased outpatient services to, cardiac stress testing, Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT), Home Sleep Studies (HST), in-lab sleep studies (2 bed lab opened Summer of 2024) and Cardiac Monitoring
- We have obtained our ACHC accreditation for sleep services for 6 years now
- Established a community outreach Breathe program, that received 2020 Health Hero award
- Increased services throughout the hospital to accommodate high demand during Covid 19 pandemic
