Stylianos Regas

Being a Tech Consultant at Target involved the full involvement of the Target section of the store. This would include stocking, and back stocking newly delivered items to the store, along with monitoring floors and shelves to maintain an organized environment. Additionally, we were in charge of answering any questions a customer may have, whether that be the location of an item or determining what category of tech goods would be the best for their specific needs.

I worked several jobs, including the concession stand, cleaning theaters, and selling tickets at the box office. As shift lead, I was responsible for completing those tasks and teaching fellow coworkers their jobs. Additionally, I helped settle any issues that came up during the shift, such as coworker disagreements, money handling, and possible customer complaints.
