Tess is an integrated application where Transport Engineer creates an Event with service type as Dark Fiber and Event Type as RFP and RFI and Supplier make bids on those events Then Transport Engineer analyses the bid, responses and generates the NPV (Net Present Value) with Single Line or Multiple lines. Service Account Engineers will be Approved the NPV based upon the Total Project Cost and then finallize the award to generate the Contract ID.
