  • Conducting toxicological research based on a wide variety of cell culture based and animal models with knockout mice, humanized NSG mice and development of robust animal models for different toxicological exposure (PB, Permethrin, Microcystins, Cylindrospermopsin) and infectious disease co-exposure models of non-cholera Vibrios, climate change animal models of periodic heat stress.
  • Exposure models using primary cells and different cell lines, generating knockout and knock-in stable cells.
  • Research methodology by using various techniques i.e. fluorescent and confocal microscopy, western blotting, qRT-PCR, Co-IP, ChIP, microbiome (WMS), FACS, ELISA and other immunological assays.
  • Drafting research manuscripts.
  • Animal Protocol writing and prepared submissions for Institutional Review Board or Ethics Committee approval, amendments, renewals.
