KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : PROGRAM MANAGER

• Strategic Alignment: Aligning projects with organizational objectives and ensuring the program delivers intended benefits. Program Planning & Execution: Defining program scope, setting objectives, developing roadmaps, and managing timelines and budgets.
• Resource Management: Allocating resources effectively across projects and optimizing resource utilization. Team Leadership: Providing guidance and support to project managers and teams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : HRO Operations Lead

• Responsible for ensuring that the HR department functions efficiently, effectively, and in alignment with the overall goals of the outsourced organization. Managing and optimizing HR processes such as payroll, compensation and benefits, work force administration and recruitment and on-boarding. Strategic Leadership and Planning,Operational Management, Data Management and Reporting, Stakeholder Collaboration.

Responsible for overseeing and improving the effectiveness of 3rd party vendors performance across purchase to pay and finance & Accounting Focusing on tracking performance against agreed-upon metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Responsible for Third Party vendor performance such as Capgemini, Accenture and IBM on behalf of Unilver
• End to end Purchase to Pay and Travel & expense process transition and stabilization between Unilver and the 3rd party outsourcing vendors
• Evaluated vendor performance against contractual obligations, identifying areas for improvement and recommending corrective actions.
• Presented comprehensive reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics and offering recommendations for improvements where necessary.

Responsible to oversee the process of transitioning finance and accounting functions, either to a new location or a new system, or a new service provider. Demonstrated strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a deep understanding of F&A processes and potentially, experience with business process outsourcing or shared service centers. In essence, acted as a bridge between the old and the new, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition of finance and accounting functions while minimizing disruption and maximizing value for the organization

I was also responsible for managing offshore finance and accounting operations for APAC and USA regions. responsibilities include the recruitment, development, and retention of top accounting talent, ensuring the teams deliver exceptional service while maintaining compliance with KPIs and SLAs defined around processes such as payroll, purchase to pay, record to report, and travel and expenses.

Responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts payable process, including verifying and processing vendor payments, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders, and applying necessary TDS deductions. This role involves vendor account management, including advance adjustments and account clearing, and handling both local and foreign vendor payments. You will also be responsible for sales and revenue reporting, analyzing material costs, and preparing customer invoices. Additional duties include interacting with internal and external stakeholders, providing clarifications during audits, and actively contributing to achieving revenue targets.

My role focused on inventory and stores management, including verification and control. Responsible for creating customer invoices and delivery receipts, while also handling bank assignments and managing petty cash. The position required strong coordination with customers and vendors on schedules and payments. Additionally, i was the quality representative, responsible for maintaining ISO-TS certifications and ensuring rejections are kept below 100 parts per million.
