• Working as Product Owner and Overall lead in Planning, Designing and Developing of CCR application features ,enhancements and building ecosystem around application.
• Scoping projects and enhancements tasks to be carried out in current year with Stakeholders and Development team.
• Working on enhancement of application to integrate with other systems used by various teams involved in commercial lending process.
• Working with Commercial lending teams to enhance application for accommodating special request of facilities/Customers affected by Covid-19.

Project objective was to develop Commercial Credit Report System (E-CCR) to be used by Commercial Lending teams for processing Commercial Credit applications. Application is built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform and is being integrated with multiple Bank systems like Synergy, CASH, and Equation. Application is part of wider Digital Transformation project undertaken by Bank

Responsibilities:.

• Worked as Product Manager/Owner and take Overall lead in Planning, Designing and Developing of application.
• Successfully Developed Product Development cycle and categorize/prioritize functionalities required for application in different phases.
• Monitor Development and track project implementation activities.
• Worked with business users to define product feature request, business requirement specifications and change request; document requirements and transformed them into functional and technical requirement specification.
• Devise strategies for incorporating complex request of Business users in application and guided them on technical and architectural limitations of system.
• Work in Agile Scrum Environment and participate in Agile ceremonies Sprint planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Retrospective for each Sprint.
• Providing Training and Demos to users and higher management on complexity of application and help them in understanding and functioning of application.
• Involve in documenting project details in project charter, identify impacts, process/data flowing, project plans and schedules, issues log, and risk analysis.
• Worked with compliance team to understand approvals and assessment required by HKMA and other authorities for implementation of application.
• Utilized Balsamiq to prepare wireframes/UI screens in line with user requirements and within limitation of system, prepare mockups for reports to be generated by application and work with Business Intelligence team on developing it.
• Worked on integration of application with various systems used by credit and operations team of Bank for maintaining Data integrity and consistency.
• Strategize and plan offshore capacity and coordinate closely for day to day deliverables.
• Lead presentation of Sprint demo sessions with Stakeholders.
• Worked as post-production Technical support and point of contact and responsible for receiving incidents and request from users, analyzing these and either respond to user with solution or escalating to Development team in case of system bugs.

• 3. Project : East West Bank, Los Angeles,CA. Project Scope: Commercial Credit Report (CCR):Project objective was to Develop and Enhance Commercial Credit Report system used by RM's for Commercial Loan Applications. Application is built on Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.
• 2.Project: Open Access Online Banking Portal for Commercial and Retail Bank based in New York, NY, USA Project Scope: Open Access Portal: Project objective was to develop Unified Portal for different online Banking systems of Bank, which will allow Bank customers to access various systems under one platform. Portal is aimed to enhance user experience and accommodate changes keeping in mind new customers.
• 1.Project : Loan Management System for Major Retail and Commercial Bank Based in Salem, Massachusetts, USA. Project Scope: Project's objective was to develop Loan Management System (Origination and Servicing), application which will allow centralized control and monitoring of clients' Loan Processing activities.

• 3. Project: Enhancement of AML System and Reporting for a major Retail & Commercial Bank Based in USA.

Project Scope: Project covered development of risk-oriented approach as part of client's due diligence processes to fulfill requirements resulting from AML policy and corresponding anti-money laundering act. Tasks included development of risk models, definition of parameters and risk measures setting, scoring of direct retail/corporate customers, evaluation of correspondence banking relations, consideration of beneficial owners, politically exposed persons (PEPs).

• 2. Project: Enhancement of Cash Management & Portfolio Management System of Major Wealth Management and Commercial Bank based in USA.

Project Scope: Project was to work on up gradation of firm's Cash Management, & Portfolio Management (Equities, Derivatives, Fixed income and Multi Asset Products) system. Tracking of different assets, Derivatives and Fixed income products.
