Follow up daily KPI & NPS as well as incoming and outgoing Email to Ensure exceeding customers' expectations.
- Supervise the compliance of shipping and receiving practices and quality control according to company standards. Ensure all processes are complete and accurate.
- Train employees to ensure outstanding customer service and data accuracy.
- Coordinate store activities, produce complex orders, operate equipment requiring advanced operational expertise. Provide solutions to colleagues and customers to drive customer satisfaction.
- Organize the work area to comply with OSHA regulations.
- Communicate with the cross-team managers to deliver the highest quality product and customer service.
- Conduct inventory records with sales and accounting.
- Responsible for tracking critical material receiving documents, inventory counts, and any discrepancies.
- Proficient in all areas of the store's core businesses; print, sign & graphics and shipping.
