Sue Hennike

Assist the Chief Administrative Officer to plan, organize, and administer operations of the County
Coordinate and evaluate the work of the County in accordance with applicable laws, codes, and regulations and adopted policies and objectives of the Board of Supervisors
Oversee the Emergency Medical Services Agency;
Oversee the Office of Wildfire Preparedness and Resilience;
Coordinate the preparation of the annual budget for the County which includes supervision and participation in the review of budget proposals made by County departments
Prepare and recommend long- and short-term plans for County service provision and coordinate the development of specific proposals for action regarding current and future County needs
Act in the absence of CAO

Represent the CAO and Board before various community or special interest groups

Assist in policy and budget development countywide, with an emphasis on the Law & Justice functional group and emergency medical services

Act as liaison to fire and other special districts with regard to policy, service delivery, and funding issues

Administer the development impact fee program related to special districts

Oversee the Emergency Medical Services and Emergency Preparedness Division in the County
