Manage/direct/coordinate all aspects of facility scheduling and space utilization.
· This includes receiving requests via email/phone/in person. Checking availability and either confirming dates/rooms or looking at other options. This can include multiple conversations, both internally and externally.
Utilize the University Event Management system.
· This includes the initial reservation, adding pricing/set-up/AVTS/Public Safety information. Making any required changes to existing reservations. Invoicing/processing payments. Pulling and distributing weekly set-up reports and event schedules.
Coordinate the set-up of events with internal and external clients.
· This includes meeting with clients to discuss needs. Creating diagrams of the room set-up. Coordinating with the setup staff for a smooth flow between events. Make directional/room signs for events. Assist with A/V and any other items required the day of the meeting/event.
