• Worked with different metrology equipment SurfScan, OPTI, UV, AIT scan etc

Started this role at Maxim in Thin film area and got certified for most of METALS' 8" tools like eclipse 8 , Endures ,HDP's and related metrology.

Then I had cross training at Defects to learn more about the incoming and in process defect also the I learned how to check the GFA of wafers.

.Acknowledgeable and following SPC. Perform all Maxim SPEC.

*Get pass down from previous shift and give detailed pass down to the next shift .

*Perform basic daily routine check WIP's for the tool, shift daily target, incoming WIPs and tools status.

*Planning for right and fast path for production for the all models and ensure to report any delay for specific modules.

*Monitor tool for process time and possibly faults

*Setup and measure required QUAL, perform retest and work with Engineering team and maintenance. to recover tool in short time.

• I work as QUALITY tester to meet quality requirements.
• Starting from get pass down, check game plan , prepare required model changes and required Quality testing , following operation standard, 5S , fix machine error, communicate with maintain ,final inspect ,prepare shipping to next department ,pass down to next shift.
• Maintained necessary level of communications between shifts.
• Responsible for achieving production requirements.
• Trained staff of 2 direct labor employees to perform assembly and manufacture of product.
• Ensured that all health and safety guidelines were followed.
• Made sure that products were produced on time and are of good quality.
• Prepared and maintained production reports and personnel records.
• Set and monitored product standards, examining samples of raw products and processing tests, to ensure the quality of all finished products.
