Major Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Responsible for Talent Acquisition for Bangalore and Mangalore Station (Process pre-employment background checks, offer letter, processing candidates to hired and handling pre-employment inquires and uploading in SAP) .Employee Separation, HR program support and on boarding.
Facilitate the Performance Management Activities in coordination with the Head Office.

Update relevant data in SAP to ensure consistent, accurate and timely data entry.

At Zonal Head Quarter of South Zone, Bangalore. Recruitment & Selection:
Responsible for recruitment at Zonal Level.
Monitoring Manpower Planning and standardizing Norms.
On time recruitment, Redeployment and confirmation process for the Domain.
Handled Recruitment through Advertisements, Portals, employee referral program and finalizing key consultants.
Preparation of offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters and increment letters of the employees.

Performance Management System:

Working closely with Management for employee monitoring & planning in coordination with all Functional team managers, survey done on the rate and reason for attrition, conducting exit interviews.
Training & Development:
Coordinating various in-house Training Programme as per the training plan.
Conducting the Orientation programme to the new entrants.
Employee Welfare:
Handling Medi-claim procedures.
Welfare activities such as Birthday Celebrations, Festival Celebration etc.
Auditing of basic amenities in each Operating Unit.
Policies and Procedures:
