Everyday I come 15 minutes early before the shift start to take a pass down from 3rd shift team leader. and then I go every press to check the operators, lables, parts, ODS books etc. Before I go home l give a pass down to 2nd shift

1: check the operators at the press where they are schedule to work 2: check the ODS books and lables parts make sure is right,3: check the area for safety and make sure is good for working. 4:if quality has questions about parts and color we need to help them to make sure running right color. 5:we check the packaging, footprint and check the inventory to run the press. 6: get with mold setter for color change/mold change /water leak, oil leak etc. 7:always be ready to cover assembly / shipping customer need for shortage parts samples, service parts. 8: if needed we need to make schedule to cover superior. 9: make sure area is clean, take trash and scrap out. 10:train the new operator check the first piece papers. 11: check the parts every hour on press. 12: some time assembly/shipping call for the bad parts we need to go through all the parts and sort out.
