- Open up the concessions by setting out food, cooking the food, organizing money, making sure everyone checks in. I also handled money by taking orders up front and conversing with customers to sell products. Besides that, I prepared the food to give to the customers. I also closed the concessions by cleaning tables, counters, dishes, and making sure the money is all counted. I also worked at the gates to games by managing money and giving wristbands.
- Monitored expiration dates on food items for freshness assurance.
- Received deliveries of food items and stocked shelves accordingly.
- Communicated effectively with co-workers in order to ensure smooth operation of concessions stand activities.
- Monitored inventory levels of food supplies in order to prevent shortages during busy periods.
- Assisted in training new employees on proper concession stand operations.
- Resolved customer complaints in a professional manner.
