- This project is still in its "cradle," but I have already drawn up a complete blueprint for it.
- I want to use technology to "resurrect" the intangible heritage of Yunnan (like the Yi people's dance and Jia Ma paper) that has been locked away in museum glass cases, and bring them across the sea to Hong Kong.
- From 0 to 0.5: I have completed the core project initiation and produced a thick, carefully polished proposal. Everything from the sketches of art installations to the logic of interactions is fully formed in my mind and documents.
- Finding Kindred Spirits: I am currently running around pitching this proposal to raise funds. Although the process isn't easy, every time I describe that vision to others, I can see the light in their eyes.
- As a Planner: I am the one who breaks down wild, sky-high ideas into step-by-step actionable plans.
- As a Creator: I am the one conceiving the "soul." I designed the "Jia Ma" guardian talisman that you can take home just by scanning with AR, and visualized the "Divine Bird" taking flight through particle effects. I firmly believe these ungrounded ideas will eventually be seen by the world.
