• Triage patients, obtain vital signs and update health information. Perform various tests such as COVID/Flu/Strep/RSV, A1C, urinalysis, microalbumin, pregnancy testing, drug screens, glucose and hemoglobin. Obtained blood/swabs on patient's to send out. Administered medications such as oral, IM, SQ and ID medications. Assist with MAT program performing drug screens on patient's, printing off PMP's, and administering court ordered or patient selected injections such as Vivitrol, and Sublocade. Provide education to patients, collaborate with provider on the care of each patient, and work referrals for external continuations of care.

• Sanitized, restocked, and organized exam rooms and medical equipment. Obtained client medical history, medication information, symptoms, and allergies, directed patients to exam rooms, fielded questions, and prepared for physician examinations. Performed phlebotomy tasks efficiently while ensuring minimal discomfort for patients during blood collection procedures. Maintained strict adherence to infection control protocols by following proper sterilization techniques for medical equipment. Aided in accurate diagnoses by performing laboratory tests and preparing specimens for analysis.

Provide services to members who suffer from mental health issues such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, drug/alcohol addictions, to help with medication management and goals/coping skills. Assist members with independent living, ADL's and comply to prescribed medications.
