  • IMPROVEMENT PROCEDURE ) -As soon as we receive approval/response from Korail
  • MS submission with stamp “for construction” ( METHOD STATEMENT)
  • RFI transmittals “for action/information” -One day before weekly quality meeting email submission to QA Chief
  • QC coded approved with comment + rejected RFI list -Deemed as approved letter preparation and DCC submission as soon as 21 days passed after receiving
  • MSS letters submission+ registration (Material Submittal Sheet )
  • All other letters which are subjected to approval as per GCoC 5.2- preparation + submission + registration -Document submission requests to DCC as soon as received
  • MS, report, system documentation etc.- arrangement + submission+ registration -When Site Instruction arrives, it is processed by opening a folder to the
  • Server, updating the Log, and filing the hard copies
  • Every Monday, NCR / IR / SI Executive Summary table will be shared with interested parties
  • Updating the table on the Server as the Calibration Certificates arrive, filing as hard copy
  • All hardcopy-softcopy-server records must be equal with each other
  • All QA team must check and read DCC emails
  • All QA team must read RFI comments and take action where/when necessary
  • All QA team must follow daily submission requests by QAQC team, if DCC submit them or forget/skip
  • All QA team who receives daily RFI submission request from site team must control if all requests are submitted by RFI team or not
  • All QA team member must put his/her signature to each duty which are under the scope of your job description
