Served as the Head of Crowds Management Teams for Student Activities Association, overseeing team coordination, crowd control strategies, and event managing and organizing.

• Organized Human Capabilities Conference at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel

Hosting over 10,000 visitors and coordinating with more than 150 speakers from different linguistic backgrounds. Led a team of 200 volunteers after interviewing them based on skills and language proficiency.

• Managed the Organization of a Panel Discussion with Dr. Adel al-Jubier, the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs.

The Conference was held at King Saud University Theater, with more than 1,000 Attendees. Managed by a team of 60 volunteers, Interviewed and instructed by me.

• Organized the Saudi Universities Futsal Championship.

A championship that was held by our team at KSU that lasted for 4 consecutive days, with participation from 31 universities.

• Hired and managed students to maximize productivity.
• Supported project management team for optimal performance.
• Monitored performance to meet organizational objectives.
• Cultivated strong relationships with external partners to foster collaboration and maximize resources.
