- Coordination with PLC hardware selection and designing Profibus, ProfiNet, and EtherCAT networks, including Profibus PA instruments.
- Sizing of primary elements (orifice, venturi, pitot, Coriolis Mass Flow Meters, Ultrasonic flowmeters, Annubar DP transmitters, etc.), control valves, and relief valves.
- Calibration of all valves with smart positioners (Flowserve, Emerson, Siemens, and ABB) and all types of Pressure, Temperature, Level, Flow, Vibration, and Analyzers.
- Successfully led the comprehensive oversight of control systems, instrumentation commissioning, automation, and operations, effectively managing a team of over 90 skilled personnel during the erection and commissioning phases.
- Managed budgeting, forecasting, and expense reporting for multiple projects.
