I am Dr. Suman Lata Nayak, a seasoned nephrologist with extensive experience spanning over a decade in the realms of clinical practice, medical education, and research. My career is marked by a deep commitment to improving patient care outcomes and advancing the field of nephrology. As the Director & Senior Consultant at Dharamshila Narayana Super Specialty Hospital in New Delhi, I have spearheaded the establishment of a hemodialysis unit and a renal transplantation program, reflecting my capability to lead and innovate.

My tenure as a Consultant & Additional Professor at the Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences allowed me to co-found the Nephrology & Transplantation department, where I played a pivotal role in shaping the future of nephrology care and education. My journey through rigorous training and research, especially during my fellowship and as a registrar at AIIMS, has equipped me with a solid foundation in nephrology, fostering my skills in patient care, team leadership, and project management.

My dedication to medical research is evidenced by my numerous publications in prestigious indexed journals and presentations at international conferences, contributing valuable knowledge to the medical community. I am passionate about continuous learning and sharing my expertise to mentor the next generation of healthcare professionals. Balancing my professional life, I also engage in hobbies such as advanced yoga and co-running a creative gardening startup, which enrich my life and work
