  • Developed, launched, and marketed a major new version of U.S. Bank's design system in a highly-regulated industry by collaborating with partners on theming needs, conducting user and market research to identify trends and pain points, and leveraging the latest React standards and best practices. This initiative resulted in a significant reduction in design and technical debt, as well as decreased build time and cost, while ensuring a consistent UI across platforms.
  • Through collaboration with Retail Payments, Brand and Marketing, and talech, we successfully redesigned and implemented a three-tier token structure for the design system's React components. This initiative enabled multiple partners to leverage our grayframe components while customizing their theming requirements. Additionally, this approach informed the integration of tokens within our native and AEM tech stacks.
  • Designed and developed a design system documentation site using Strapi and ZeroHeight, serving as a central resource for guidelines, rules, and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency in design and development across all disciplines of UX, content, accessibility, and development. This was achieved by researching and documenting the entire user journey—from onboarding to building—to inform the information architecture and component templates. The site also facilitated communication with the community regarding product developments, updates, and major releases.
  • Ensured consistency across Figma, React code, and documentation by conducting comprehensive quality assurance (QA), identifying gaps and discrepancies, and implementing solutions to address them.
