Experience with Technology, Media, and Telecom (TMT) clients ranging from small caps to Fortune 500 with annual revenue over $10 Billion.
• Execute various phases of integrated audits, including planning, risk assessment, walkthrough of key business processes, testing of internal controls in compliance with section 404 Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX), and substantive procedures in accordance with AICPA and PCAOB standards.
• Lead a team of 8 staff members for statutory audits (for 10+ entities) and deliver results prior to the expected deadlines.
• Identify efficiencies and implement solutions such as starting the reversing instruction model for statutory audit, which resulted in over 500 hours of time saving and quality improvement.
• Technical working knowledge includes ASC 606 (Revenue Recognition), SOX 404 (Control Testing), statutory audit, SEC filings (particularly Forms 10-K and 10Q), and PCAOB auditing standards.
