The above applicant is serving as a Quality Control (QC) Manager, which supervises the quality of the entire project, including skills, processes, and materials. My job is to notify each department and contractor when there is a problem with the system or interference with another process, consult with the construction team, make changes as needed, and obtain approval from the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). In addition, I have a high level of electrical understanding of the project, as I was responsible for energizing all electrical panels and equipment, and writing reports. I believe I am a suitable candidate for this position because of my experience performing electrical-related duties in the position described above.
1) Quality Control Manager
• Inspect the construction completion section and write a report according to the NEC (National Electrical Code) to get approval.
• Perform tests (cable ground resistance, insulation strength, continuity, phase rotation direction), and write a test report.
• Panel, equipment energizing, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Write a Non-Conformance Report and work closely with construction managers and contractors to ensure that the project’s quality requirements are met.
• Monitor the electrical room panel and environment, and write a periodic checklist report.
2) Planning Manager Assistant Work
• Write daily and weekly reports to the contractor.
• Write daily work quantity, progress, and material supply, and required status reports to headquarters.
• Troubleshoot issues and clearance report updates to headquarters.
• Create material purchase status reports against my contract.
1) Administrative Manager
• Performs necessary works for on-site operation, including labors, visas, equipment, and supply materials
• Cost management to site operating (cash flow, and payment)
2) Planning Assistant Manager
• Support Planning Manager, Write Daily Progress and Work Quantity report, productivity evaluation document
• Write additional Work order documents, etc
• Performed final contract settlement work.
3) Foreign Branch Manager
• Issue gate passes (CICPA) for on-site workers, manage visa quota,
• Manage payment and credit status and bank account, remittance work
• Manage contracts, ISO, ICV, and other certificates required for corporate maintenance.
• Carry out public office and bank work, and support tax, accounting documents in cooperation with local companies in Abu Dhabi.
• Transferred company entity type from foreign branch to local corporation.
