Provides exceptional, life-saving care for a 26 bed Level III NICU. Works cohesively with physicians, respiratory therapist and occupational therapists to ensure continuity of excellent patient care. Closely monitors acute conditions of neonates and implements appropriate interventions.

Provided exceptional, life-saving care at the fourth largest NICU in the United States with currently 112 beds and 44 Level III beds. Worked cohesively with doctors, respiratory therapists, dieticians, physical therapists, and other specialties to ensure continuity of excellent patient care.

Assisted a team of attorneys with case management, court scheduling and trial preparation. Managed office personnel along with office needs such as billing and invoicing. Met with new clients to build case files and complete deposition paperwork.
