Supervisor of Clarksville Police Department's Special Victims Unit of Special Operations Unit, consisting of 9 investigators, 2 domestic violence assistants, and an administrative clerk. Consult and advise peers, mid-level managers, and command staff members on best practices and procedures associated with criminal investigations. Prepare, implement, and maintain unit's annual budget. Assist with preparation of covert operational plans and work in undercover capacities geared towards human trafficking and fencing investigations.

Gave first-line support and guidance to 9 shift workers and escalated situations as needed.
