I offer a collaborative and empathetic approach to education, with a focus on developing strong relationships with students, faculty, and parents. I bring an understanding of IEPs and behavior management strategies to create a positive learning atmosphere.

I provided interventions based on the minutes specified in each student's IEP. Worked closely with classroom teachers to develop goals and accomodations for mainstream classroom inclusion. Additionally, I maintained accurate documentation to monitor student progress and managed the filing of IEP paperwork and filing.
