- Attend every after school 5th grade orchestra rehearsal
- Work with about 120 kids, along with the 5th grade orchestra director
- Tune instruments before and during rehearsals, answer student questions before and during rehearsals, and helping students wherever I can
- I often try to slip informative moments into practical questions the children ask; For example, if a student asks me if their bow is tight enough, I will fix it and then show them how to tell whether it is tight enough, and also talk to them about how the tension of the bow changes the sound
- Generally fostering positive and constructive relationships with young learners to try to keep them learning

Accomplishments
- Have ran the high school 10th, 11th, and 12th grade combined orchestra without the orchestra being present. Going through the motions of tuning, playing scales, and playing concert pieces, while commanding high schoolers who's teacher isn't present to actually do their work. I can strongly say that the days where I have had to run the orchestra were constructive and efficient without pushing my peers past what they were willing to give that day.
