Accomplishments

I transition into a complex box that faced several years of mismanagement.

Upon my arrival, I dedicated myself to building a strong team of leaders by coaching, training, and developing them in all aspects of the business, including operational processes, policies, and emotional intelligence. This focus on emotional intelligence fostered deeper connections and understanding within the team.

As a result of my leadership, we successfully prevented a union organizer from unionizing the store. The team's hard work transformed the store from the lowest performing metrics in the company to achieving the highest engagement scores in its history. I also accomplished consecutive inventory passes, a first for the store, and improved our safety performance to an all-time high with no incidents recorded which is also a first in the store’s history.

The store has exceeded expectations in every sales metric, leading the district in pro, specialty, and installs sales. Additionally, we have outperformed both the district and region in credit card applications, generating over $900k in additional revenue to our bottom line from credit incentives.

My associates also received quarterly bonus through their dedication and commitment. This success has fostered high levels of engagement within the team that’s driven to win.

For these achievements, I received several accolades, including a visit from the CEO and recognition through various compensation packages for my contributions. Additionally, I was asked to produce a testimonial video highlighting our success, which has since been utilized to train store and district managers across the company to mitigate labor activities in their locations.
