Working as Technology Analyst for Pharmacy Benefit Management web application. PBM is used for multiple insurance plans to request approval for prior authorization drugs.

As part of development team, worked on all phases of SDLC.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Developed Azure HTTP trigger function to get input from user and update prior authorization details based on conditions. Angular page developed to submit input request.
• Developed Azure Timer trigger to generate requested report every 4 hour.
• Collaborated with product management team to understand requirement and developed code to consume third party Web API. Web API used to get subscriber details.
• For production issues, completed RCA and impact analysis. Developed and Presented findings to audience including manager, senior manager.
• Solved complex production issues using c#, SQL, angular,MVC, Web API.
• Documentation of RCA, unit testing, requirement gathering, code development.
• Scheduled Triage and KT session for newly learned and used technology.

• Implementation of RPA for Aetna
• As part of RPA team, worked to automate client processes using Assist Edge RPA tool.
• We automate applications using .Net C# programming then RPA tool automate client process and run as a Robot
• Key Use cases we automated under this project are Medicare BA14 Claim processing, SNow automated ticket generation, MCM Claim verification process, User Edits, Claim Member Matching and Member Name Updates use cases
• It will reduce manual effort and cost of operations for client Gathered requirementsRoles And Responsibilities
• Create new robot by using AssistEdge platform.
• Maintain existing robots by fixing issues or implementing new requests from clients.
• Present new ideas and possible fixes to client. Develop new features as per request.
• Develop code to get excel as input and fill all details in mainframe, web or windows applications

As software Engineer, worked on Online Travel booking platform and also lead team of 5 members.

Expedia is Online Travel booking platform uses for flight, hotel and car bookings.

• Collaborated with Business team to understand requirement and business specifications.
• Created bridge to receive request from online platform and based on request connect to third part to receive response. Received response send back to online platform again.
• Design and developed Web API, WCF services to send required response to travel platform. Managed database for request and response.
• Consumed third party Web API to get required details.
• Documentation of all requirement, development, unit testing, KT sessions.

As Junior software Engineer, worked on Insurance Platform. It’s used to get new insurance and process claims.

• Collaboration with 5 team members, develop Asp.Net pages to register for Insurance, search subscriber, developed master pages for configuration.
• Worked on SQL stored procedure to collect all claims processed previous day. Send claim to respective person based on claim status.
• Develop web page to assign status to reject claim and display all changes required to correct claim.
• Documentation of development, unit testing.
