Projects

Multi-Material Lightweight Design.                                                                                                                                                   03/2023 - 05/2023

  • Using a multi-material material selection strategy, it was possible to successfully lighten the B-pillar by 9% of its mass while still meeting all structural and safety requirements and Worked with team to identify the best welding technique for a multi-material arrangement.
  • Designed a 3D model for the B-pillar using Solidworks and modeled two iterations of the B-pillar in first iteration I applied material properties of DP800 as a reference for requirements and in the second iteration I separated B-pillar into AL6061-T6 and UHSS using Multi-material approach.
  • Using Ansys software, we examined the features of the two variations to compare the outcomes and confirm that this transition leads to increased strength after a significant alteration in B-Pillar's weight.

Designing and Analysis of Spur Gear for Automotive Application.                                                                                                03/2023 - 05/2023

  • Spur gear was designed and examined with ANSYS's reliable structural and mechanical performance simulations and SolidWorks' precise modeling capabilities.
  • Utilized Solid Cast software to guarantee accuracy and efficiency in casting processes during the spur gear manufacturing process.

Designing and Development of Electric Bike.                                                                                                                                   04/2021 - 05/2021

  • Performed the necessary calculations for the electric bike's component sizing and selecting and designed a 3D model of the electric bike using Solidworks.
  • Performed modeling in ansys to evaluate brake disc structural integrity and thermal analysis.
  • Produced the body frame assembly by utilizing techniques such as soldering, cutting, and welding.
