Suranga Indrajith Gunasekera

A dedicated lecturer in biblical exegesis with a profound understanding of hermeneutical methodologies, I bring a wealth of knowledge in biblical Hebrew, Greek, and Aramaic to enrich the academic journey of both graduate and undergraduate students in Christian Culture, Theology, and Biblical exegesis. My extensive experience in teaching across these educational levels ensures that I can cater to a diverse student body by fostering an environment of deep learning and critical analysis. As a student and teacher in the academic field for over a decade, I have a unique perspective that enhances the learning experience and promotes an academic and contextual understanding of biblical texts. My unwavering commitment to lecturing is evident in my innovative approach to education in biblical studies. Currently pursuing doctoral studies at Fordham University, I am at the forefront of developing cutting-edge teaching methods, curricula, and end coursework. This academic endeavor signifies my dedication to the field and equips me to contribute significantly to biblical studies and related educational areas, preparing students to excel in a dynamic and evolving scholarly landscape.
