• Plan and monitor appropriate facility management staffing levels.
• Reporting the incidents to the clients with proper incident reports.
• Maintain the AMC contracts for specialized systems and Monitor their performance as per the SLA.
• Ensure timely processing of all work orders and monitor on time completion.
• Develop and implement facility management program including preventative maintenance and life-cycle requirement.
