The Library Director provides vision, direction, and management to create and maintain a dynamic campus library that serves the academic mission of the College. Roles and responsibilities of the position include building services and resources, integration of library services with the campus community, and collaborating with campus and external partners. As a member of the academic community, the Director is responsible for positioning the library and the Miller Information Commons in the academic context of the college; the Director also participates in the Academic Leadership Team and other planning groups, and works to establish local, regional, and national recognition for the library and the college.

  • Worked collaboratively across the library and the wider College campus to coordinate and lead the delivery of the library's course-embedded and stand-alone information literacy instruction programs;
  • Led the College’s teaching librarian team to provide instructional design, innovative tools and services, and teaching materials for a range of student-centered, online and in-person information literacy sessions;
