The last 5 of my 46 years in nursing have been with Nathan Adelson Hospice, inwhich I've demonstrated empathy and compassion for our patients and their families while accurately assessing their immediate needs and relaying them to the provider or other team members.

I've attended our weekly triage meetings, inservices, and am current with Relias.

Continued good rapport with my peers and ClinicaI managers.

Continued the use of Netsmart and have had an initial admissions training with Terri M. and would like to continue learning another aspect of Hospice to better my position in hospice.
