Worked as part of a team in setting up two young adults with disabilities, in their own home with 24 hour supervision.

As a team, we introduced a young man with non-verbal autism and a young woman with several learning disabilities and epilepsy, to independent living. Both require constant supervision but are learning new skills that are helping them live more independent lives. We continued with their activities and introduced new ones, both individually according to their abilities and together as roommates.

• I initially took care of Robbie as a baby and young child, before I left the Isle of Man
• Upon my return, Robbie's mother asked me to be a part of his care team.
• Cleaned house, ran errands, managed laundry, and completed weekly grocery shopping.
• Assisted with dressing guidance, grooming, meal preparation.
• Assisted with daily living needs to maintain self-esteem and general wellness.

• Responsible for the welfare and health of 1300 students in an elementary school
• Duties included giving prescription medication, controlled substances, and everyday hugs and stuff
• Administering first aid, contact with first responders where necessary, identifying children of abuse and reporting to my supervisor
• Integral member of the Risk Assessment Team at the school.
• Assisted with documenting clinic activities and updated medical records.
• Documented all medications and clearly labeled with students classroom and expiry dates for easy access in emergencies.
