My path to becoming a Chef began in a 4 year Culinary Arts program moving into fine dining as a Sous Chef and eventually becoming an Owner/Operator at my own restaurant, catering company and banquet hall. Later I worked as a Para-Professional at Harrison High School teaching high school students all skills necessary to running the school store.
