- Process and approve LITCH (Low Income Tax Credit Housing) applications and lease renewals for a variety of properties across numerous states to only ensure qualified applicants move in
- Follow and stay up-to-date on the rules and regulations of LITCH to protect owners and investors tax credits
- Prepare and send out Monday morning emails to investors and properties, including our Mini Storage Department, using Yardi reports, Rent Cafe surveys and Corporate Control Center web-based reports
- Involved in training of site staff on LITCH policies and Sterling's Policies and Procedures
- Managed workflow processes, ensuring deadlines were met within budge constraints

- Manage apartment rentals, schedule and perform lease signings, creation of ads, handling walk-in traffic and residents' needs for two offices in Portland, Maine
- Manage, lease and oversee their corporate furnished department including leasing fully furnished apartments to business executives staying 30 days plus
- Oversight and reporting to Maine State Affordable Housing for our portion of apartments that fell under this program
- During a walk-in appointment on the weekend, started the process to eventually lease 40 fully furnished corporate apartments to Petro-Drill Global. This was (and probably still is) the single largest corporate furnished booking that Princeton Properties has ever had. I attended to the needs of these furnished guests during their one year plus stay with us.
