School Nursing: Shadow student with medical needs during school hours

Home care nursing: Visiting patient at home, help family with patient care including administering medications, incontinence care, taking vital signs, assessing NGT site and check placement G-tube care: Assess G-tube site for S/S of infection, check placement and residual prior to tube feeding

Adult Day Program: Take vital signs, assist diabetic individual(s) with insulin administration, administer oral medications per physician’s orders Monitor individuals who are ill or injured, notify caregivers, PCP, and ambulance per protocol, provide health Education to individuals
