Summary

I moved from new york after 9/11/2001 to start new. I worked at the law office for 15 years, startingas a receptionistas the firm was small when i began. As the firm gre larger, so did my position. I was taught by. My boss Carlo manganillo and senior staff attorneys and eventually, other than going to court, enabled them to go to court with everything they needed. I also negotiated settlements with the insurance companies of course letting the attorneys complete the settlement. I handled the daily trial diary. I scheduled EBTS motions and mostly wrote my own pleadings (summons and complaints, motions, orders to show cause etc. It was the best job I ever had. Having children at the time, I felt the need to leave NYC. My husband agreed as he was a detective for the NYC police department and after getting sick he wanted to leave. I spent 21 years caring for him which is why it took awhile to get myself together now deciding to go back to w so the kids are all grown with families of their own, relocating with us so I'm looking for work. I'm computer literate but not on mist of the new programs so anyone working with me I hope will be patient. I took the job at Quiznos to get my feet wet and I loved it. Unfortunately they closed and I've been looking for work. Alot of employers think I'm over qualified but I'm willing to do or learn anything so I'm really not as qualified as one would think. I just need a chance. It's hard starting over at 68 but I'm ready. Thank you for your time and consideration. Professional with comprehensive experience in front office operations, adept at managing high-volume environments with efficiency and poise. Known for strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and keen attention to detail. Collaborative team player focused on achieving results and adapting to changing needs seamlessly. Proficient in scheduling, customer service, and administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations.
