Summary

In february 2015 I gained employment with Wise Health Systems as an Ambassador delivering patient meal orders. Interacting with the patients sparked an interest in pursuing a career in the medical field. I enrolled in a Certified Medical Assistant program in october 2022 which i completed in April2023. It is my desire to help people in my community and beyond through my certification as a Medical Assistant.

Unidine took over Nov 1st 2022. I was in the same position when they took over. Took patients their food order when they ordered. I would also at times have to go get an order from the patient due to no phone in the room or they couldn't hear to well or the patient was blind. I assisted as much as I could within my boundaries.

Food Service for patients. I delivered food to the patients when it was ordered breakfast lunch and dinner. I picked up trays when the patient was done. I would also make sure the patient was as comfortable as possible within my boundaries. If I wasn't able to help I would find someone who could help.

I also stocked floors of the hospital with different types of snacks and drinks also different areas of the hospital that needed anything. I provided a friendly attitude to patients and make sure they were as comfortable as possible.
