In this Interim role, I’ve carried out all of the responsibilities of my primary job (HRIS Analyst) in addition to partnering with Workday Support Team and HR Divisions to bring many pending and future projects to life.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing Projects, including overseeing and coordinating the participation of others in HRIS projects
  • Developing Timelines for multiple projects, while prioritizing the requests of others in and outside of HR
  • Configuring Workday Business Processes for testing prior to Launch
  • Participating in Leadership discussions and meetings
  • Providing technical support and recommending upgrades for the HRIS systems, including Navex, Workday, Sharepoint, and MS Teams
