I started my career with Knoch as the Receptionist and moved up to the position of Office Manager.
As Receptionist , my duties included answering the telephone, distributing daily mail, maintaining the office supplies, shipping packages, monitoring and mailing daily mail, maintaining the general appearance of the office.
As Bidding Clerk , I was responsible for obtaining all of the bid documents for the Estimating Department, filling out the bid documents and preparing the envelope for delivery of the documents.
As Payroll Administrator , I processed the weekly payroll, verifying the hours, locations and whether it was a Prevailing Wage project. I processed the weekly 941 payment but was not involved in the preparation or filing of the City, State and Federal Taxes. I did file the employee W-2's at year-end.
As Accounts Payable Lead , I was responsible for all data entry, payment processing, 1099 maintenance and filing at year end.
As Safety Coordinator , I made arrangements for new-hire drug testing, monthly random drug testing, the filing of safety council reports throughout the year. I made the arrangements for the yearly Safety Review and maintained the necessary files.
As Office Manager , I worked with the president of Knoch to prepare our monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reports.
