I grew up in a grocery store called "Jost Trading Post" from 1969 ( I was 10 ) - 1974. My duties after school included stocking shelves, pumping gas, emptying trash cans, stocking coke box, helping my father with automobile inspections. It was a wonderful upbringing.
Our store sat in the exact spot as the #20934 DG Store on Plano Rd / Carter Sims Road. My mother was the daughter of Jesse Sims the Rd is named after. My father built the small barn in 1969 in the lot next door.
I love visiting this location. I spoke with Jimmy Lundy Sun day after church. He recommended I submit this application.
I'm ready to start immediately. Im interested in the Asst. Mrg. position. I only request Sundays off til 2pm and Wednesdays 12-1pm on. Otherwise I'm available for holidays, opening and closings.
