While with Faneuil I worked with two different programs. I worked for Ambetter Health Insurance and Enterprise Roadside Assistance. While working with Ambetter I assisted customers with payments for their plans, helped them find doctors covered by their insurance, explained bills both from doctors visits and procedures. Helped customers find out what medications where covered and what generic options they had if they name brand medication wasn't covered. I additionally helped customers get prescriptions filled by working with their doctors and pharmacies. With Enterprise Roadside Assistance I helped customers who had broken down for various such as a flat tire or mechanical issues. I did this by sending help for tire charges, gas, and tow trucks if the rental need to be towed. If the customer's rental was no longer safe to drive I helped locate replacement rentals. I additionally helped local and nation wide law enforcement locate rentals that where used in crimes.
