Since graduating from college in my home state of Pennsylvania in 1994, I have taken a variety for jobs that have both required and refined my skills in the culinary arts as well as in customer service and "guest services". Since moving to Alaska in 2003, I have worked as a wilderness guide, been a stay-at-home-mom, and created my own rainbow of side jobs while my husband was the primary earner. I like children, I like bringing smiles to other people's faces, and I am keenly aware of safety practices and strongly believe I would be an asset to the team at Head Start!
