I started out selling and taking listings but ended up specializing in consultation mostly for foreigners who did not speak Spanish or know Mexican law. I taught clients what they needed to do to buy property as foreigners in Mexico, as well as doing all their necessary paperwork. I also inspected prospective purchases, gave my opinion about pricing & why & even negotiated price.

Again, i conceived the idea, the name, logo, & the trajectory of this business. It was highly successful. I both took dogs on outings for hikes or to dog parks & boarded them in my home for clients. I only stopped doing this here because i moved back to mexico. And i still do this to this day if i find the right clients.

I started from 0. I did every single thing from conception of idea for furniture, tablecloths, renting location, bought all mugs, glasses plates & silverware. Went to other cities to buy an italian espresso machine. Made my own logo, recipes, menus EVERYTHING, even the box we kept money in.
