• Assess mental health issues impacting pregnancy: conduct biopsychosocial assessment.

• Assist in renewing CCS (California Childrens Services) certification for Kaiser Permante's So Cal Acute hospital. Meet with Department Administrators to discuss CCS criteria. Kaiser lAMC hospital passed certification .

Assess and refer adolescent Kaiser members for clinical depression. Provide brief counseling.

• Educated families or teen mother on available community resources, connecting them with essential services such as housing assistance, financial aid, or medi-cal, and additional supportive services.

• Identified eligible disabled or chronically ill patients to the CCS program to ensure treatment/equipment needs were met.
• Introduced patient and parent to the CCS program and its available resource.
